This hotel is perfect for kids and adults alike! The staff were all very nice and friendly. They treated us with respect and were very professional. The water temperature was perfect Saturday, but a little too cool on Sunday. The kids had fun on the water slides and in the lazy river. My son loved the boogie board pool. It's a great mid December getaway!

The rooms are nice. We had an older room that could use some sprucing up, but nothing we would complain about. Except for the heat. The knobs were hard to turn and there wasn't a thermostat to regulate the room temperature. Heat hi or low, ac hi or low. Heat low made the room too hot within an hour or so. Turn it off and the room cools down to a somewhat uncomfortable level within a couple hours. Getting up in the middle of the night to turn it on, then get back up to turn it off was not something I enjoyed. But what's not comfortable for us could be perfect for others. That's why it's still 5 stars. We absolutely love the Adirondack theme throughout the building. Our room had a bunkbed for the kids in its own little room with its own TV! We didn't watch TV while we were there but it's great to have! The hotel also being decorated for Christmas was nice. Santa and Mrs Claus in the lobby along with elvs dancing every night and games made it all the more magical.
We look forward to staying there again.

Had a fabulous catered meal here for approx 400 people during SpyderQuest 2022. Everyone was great. This is actually my third time here & each time perfect. I do not know of any venue in LG that would not only feed us in a very organized manner but also has covered parking for 400 3 wheel motorcycles. Kudos!
