(April 30, 2023, 2:30 pm)Fantastic honey. I've never had honey as pure and unprocessed as the "Raw", it's unbelievably rich, deeply flavored, and almost stands on its own as a snack or dessert. The "Creamed" honey on a PB&H is unreal. Definitely worth the trip to Derek or one of the places that sells his honey.
