I called Liam, the service writer, at 8am and asked him to write a quote for repairs, including multiple parts and services, as well as the price of labor, and to please email me a copy of the quote. I received the quote by email by 11:30am. His customer service skills were great and it was a pleasure to work with him on this matter. He made things go as smoothly as possible. Thank you again!

Just got my new Kubota. Don was great to deal with. I did my during diligence and shopped 2 other Kubota dealers, 1 in Rutland area and one in Fort Edward area but ultimately Salem won out. It wasn't because of price as one of the places was slightly cheaper (very slightly), it was service. When I had a question they called me back quickly... neither of the other places did....EVER!! They delivered the tractor and took the time to go over everything with me and, as silly as this sounds, gave me a couple hats. I know that sounds stupid, but most places sell you a several thousand dollar thing and then want you to buy their apparel. Don also let me know where I could buy an attachment I was looking for at a lower price. That meant a ton!! It wasn't like it saved me thousands, but it showed the honestly and integrity. Great place to do business!!

Solid team. Made transaction really easy. Called Jerry and he handled everything I needed. Tractor was delivered to house with all attachments mounted and ready to go. I purchased an L4701. I’m really happy with machine and would recommend using these guys. No complaints about entire process. 👍👍

Don at Salem Farm Supply provided me with the easiest time purchasing a Kubota Zero Turn Mower. He had the mower pulled out front for me to see. The financing application was quick and easy and I had my approval in a few hours after I returned home. No pressure sale. Mower was delivered as promised.
