Northern Westchester Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my wife’s Lexus to like new condition. I expected that from NWAB after knowing them for nearly 30 years. Detailing the car upon delivery was nice touch!!! Most impressive was the level of service & attention to detail Matt and his staff provided. From assisting me with navigating the insurance claim and a constant line of communication on the progress of the repair they were exceptional. They made us feel as if our repair was the most important one they had. Thank you guys for making a rather messy situation as painless as possible. I give you an 11 out of 10 on all you do!

The Northern Westchester Auto Body Team carried out major body work on my car, which took about a month. However, the car was in excellent condition after repairs. I was also very happy about the fact that they assisted in communicating directly with the insurance company, which made the process much easier for me.
The repairs were meticulously carried out! They even went beyond the call of duty by cleaning and polishing the interior of the vehicle. Their empathy could be seen and felt, which was very commendable!
I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcomes!

I was involved in a 4 vehicle accident with my Tesla model 3. From day 1 when Tesla website indicated that this auto shop is certified to work on Tesla vehicle and I reaching out to them, the whole process was stress-free. Matt and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job. Not once was I in the dark of what was going on. They were able to get me back in my car within 3 weeks. When I went to pick up my car, it looked practically brand new, you would've never knew it was involved in an accident. The exterior and interior had been detailed and polished. This shop is 💯% recommended. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Matt and crew for your hardworking and professionalism!!!

I've used this fine business numerous times over the years. Most recently they repaired a dent to the hood of my SUV. Vinnie and the team are true pros who are ethical and deliver first rate auto body services. Always friendly, willing to give excellent advice, they always put the customer first. And they are just nice people. The best. I would not hesitate recommending this body shop to any of my friends, family -- to all!!

Having my brand-new Jaguar, with only one thousand miles on the odometer, hit from behind and rendered inoperable on the Cross Bronx was an absolute nightmare. And dealing with my insurance company, who was also dealing with the uninsured motorist, was another nightmare. The only positive during this entire experience was choosing Matt and his team to fix my car. Not only did they do a great job with repairs – it’s like new again – but Matt communicated regularly with me as the repair took longer than normal due to supply chain issues. I hope I’m never in a situation like this again, but I will definitely go back to Northern Westchester Auto if I’m so unlucky.
