I called in last minute noticed my 2020 Ram 1500 needed a oil change. I calling in I spoke with Warren one of best service advisors you can have period. I didn’t even have an appointment he got me in and out within 1 hr. Warren will really work with you and your schedule. Plus, everyone in the service department was very professional and friendly.

But, when I went to the sales department so get some pricing for my vehicle and looking for a new vehicle. I got my truck appraised one week ago they had offered me $30k now it’s $29k? Also, for a Client that has leased there vehcile and family plus friend that I have referred to lease vehicle from them and are leasing from them. They didn’t even wanted to work with me one the new car price. I understand inventory problems but, this would be a second vehicle from you guys?

I called the service department on a Saturday afternoon around noon, and was able to get in by 1:00 pm to have my car looked at. The team was efficient, and took the time to ensure that all issues with my car were resolved in a timely manner. The customer service team was exceptional and I was so pleased with how polite and personable they were. Not only were they able to resolve all issues quickly, I was also given a voucher for a free car wash!
