  I don’t often write reviews, but this particular story had to be told. On the weekend of November 10-11 2018 ,I begun to have issues with our gate and needed immediate assistance. I called the Tri State Gate and was able to communicate with someone right away. The individual I was communicating with directly was named Chris, The level of attention he has given me was truly remarkable and that is the sole reason why I wanted to write a few words about my experience. He walked me through my issue over the phone, paying attention to every detail and taking into account my frustration, and was able to easily derive at a solution to my problem. He did so on his own personal time, going above and beyond for me as the customer. His dedication to me as a customer was greatly appreciated and I can truly say that I have never felt the amount of support coming from an employee of any company I have ever dealt with in the past.
  Again, thank you Chris, thank you Tri State Gate for all of your help.

  I have never written a review before but have to say have never had better service from a company before. Every question is answered right away and anytime I've had issue they have come right over. If there were six stars I would give them that

  I have been a customer of Tri State Gate for nearly 10 years and have been consistently happy during this period. They were very helpful and creative during the initial design phase and then built a beautiful gate that perfectly matched the spec.
  I have a really cool looking gate that makes me very happy when I drive into my driveway!
  Since then, they have been responsive and professional and have kept my gate working all this time. I would absolutely recommend them.

  They have great service, reliable & dependable when repairs are needed or require services. Their gate selection are beautiful, eloquence, stylish and functional fitting your particular needs and desires. It has been great pleasure being their client.

  Matt the owner of Tri State Gates has been installing, maintaining and consulting on multiple gate systems since he was a kid. His dad shared his expertise with Matt.
