I've been a member at so many other gyms, and was so uninspired whenever I dragged myself to the gym, but I honestly look forward to showing up at this gym for a good workout. Everything is always clean, every piece of equipment I want to use is always available and the owner Mike is so kind and professional. The best part is the positive vibe created by the members that show up. They make me want to work harder on getting in shape. Just a great atmosphere. Thank you Mike for creating this gym and for allowing me to have this experience. I love going to the gym again. I'm feeling good again.”

“Delicious take out!!! We didn’t know what to have for dinner tonight but our meal was a success! We ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli and veggie fried rice, the shrimp lo mein, the shrimp with broccoli and veggie fried rice, and the tofu and mixed vegetables. Best take out I’ve ever had for sure!!! *Note: Although they send pork rolls with the meals I do wish they sent veggie rolls— I don’t eat pork! Lol I hope they consider this in the future.”

“Wendy was the shiny star of my 2021. I moved into a new place in 2021 and was super overwhelmed. The pandemic, the online shipping craziness, I didn't know how to organize all my ....junk. Wendy was patient with me, went with my flow, and was most importantly very considerate of my budget. How we can reuse so I didn't have to buy new things! She never pushed buying new items at all. Not only did she help in person but we also scheduled a virtual organization session as well. So impressed how productive we can be with what we had (Covid considerations and all). Lastly, not only does she help you through it but gives you the key pillars on how to stay organized moving forward. She considered how I move around in the house and also my partner's day to day. We loved how the apartment turned out. Overall, Wendy helped me organize the main bathroom and my many skin and hair care products, my shared closet, kitchen, and 2nd bedroom to easily convert to a workout room/guest bedroom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WENDY.”

“I've been a longtime client of Nicole's so for starters she is a gifted artist! I only used to get my hair done in NYC prior to finding her .Westchester has a new great salon in Tease! But really why I'm writing this is that I just had a Brazilian keratin treatment. I was a little reluctant in getting this done because I have naturally curley hair with great body and only on high humidity days is my hair is tough to deal with otherwise I have a nice head of hair. I got the treatment , which was an easy process and my hair is perfect! I washed my hair last night, went to bed with it wet and woke up this morning like I just left the salon! My hair has never looked this good! Thank you Nicole !”

“Really adorable new candy shop right in the heart of Bedford, conveniently neighboring Bedford Playhouse (for a pre-movie snack) and Bedford 234. Lit with bright pink and some newer and classic candies and sweets, it sells Longford's ice cream and definitely appeals to the tween set, too. Will come back for a bunch of very sweet and salty finds, too! 5 stars!!!”
