I came across this website looking for help with my knee that I'd hurt a couple days previously. She got back to me right away, and was able to fit me in the next morning. After looking at my knee and posture, she helped realign my stance and gave me exercises to do at home. My knee felt better a soon as I left. But, as a bonus, it turns out she also does lymphatic massage so she did some work on me and later that night I realize that some lumpiness (for lack of a better term!) on my legs had gone away. I felt clearer minded and lighter overall and have gone back 2 times since then. The issue with my knee resolved after the 2nd session. Thank you!!
