  I have been in this industry for over 20 years and when I walked into the building for the first time, I knew that this was a community that I wanted to be a part of. My first impression was the cleanliness. I could not believe how clean the "entire" building is. Everyone, both residents and staff greeted me with a smile. Everyone is so happy and it shows. I could not be happier to be a part of the Sentinel Family. Please stop by and see for yourself. I promise you will be amazed.

  As someone who works in the senior living industry, I had the pleasure of visiting The Sentinel at Mohegan Lake and was thoroughly impressed with what I saw.
  
  From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with smiles and were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable about the community and clearly passionate about providing the best possible care for their residents.
  
  The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The apartments are comfortable, and filled with natural light. There are a variety of amenities available to residents, including a salon, and large activity areas.
  
  What impressed me most about The Sentinel at Mohegan Lake, however, was the level of care and attention given to each resident. The staff members I spoke with clearly knew their residents well and were dedicated to meeting their individual needs.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend The Sentinel at Mohegan Lake to anyone in need of senior living services. The staff is exceptional, especially Melissa and Yaron, the community is beautiful, and the level of care is truly top-notch. It is clear that The Sentinel is dedicated to providing the best possible quality of life for their residents, and I have no doubt that they are succeeding in that mission.

  Touring this community tonight with Melissa was truly remarkable. The residents I saw are happy and the accommodations are STUNNING!! I would highly recommend stopping by and seeing this beautiful gem in Mohegan Lake.

  The Sentinel of Mohegan Lake makes residents and their families feel welcome from the outset (that is from the interview to move-in day). The facility is clean, quiet, modern, and spacious. The staff are professionals of the highest order, and the community is such that everyone can find their niche. The staff from the top down strive to improve on all levels by constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of life of the residents. The people there are honest and caring. It has been a great experience! I'm thankful to have met everyone!!

  Hurricane Ian destroyed my brother in law's assisted living in Florida. We decided to move him to NY to be closer to family. We are very thankful we found the Sentinel of Mohegan Lake. The facility is completely renovated and beautiful. The staff were able to help us transition my BIL in just under two weeks. This included helping with the tons of paperwork that is required to transfer SS/SSDI benefits from Florida to NY. The community is lovely and the staff are incredible. Very caring and lots of attention to detail. He is now settled in and loving his new life here in NY and the new friends and family at his new home. I highly recommend you consider the Sentinel of Mohegan Lake for your loved one.
