Great little woodland for hiking. Easy trails. Cute gazebo on the marshland trail all built of trex.
Beautiful peaceful spot.
Small arboretum that is meticulously taken care of and accessed thru the middle of a nice golf course. No trash cans so pack it in, pack it out. Great place to walk dogs
In 1991 the land was donated to the Village of Croton for conservation and education purposes. At the heart was an endangered wetland habitat which has been preserved by the Croton Arboretum and Sanctuary Inc., an all-volunteer, nonforprofit organization. The preserve was named to honor civic activist and fundraiser Jane E. Lytle.
