Eastchester Building Department

Jay King and Jim Flandreau are the best. Couldn't ask for a better team to ensure the safety of the structures in our town. Very helpful and informative, not to mention very friendly and caring. Don't be afraid to give them a call, or stop in for a visit! The people who gave the bad reviews obviously never worked with the Eastchester building dept.

The staff at this department is always there to help and make sure that building codes and laws are being obeyed.Great building department,great town I live in. I've had multiple issues with the landlord David Holtzman such as a broken door,mold and etc in my apartment. The Eastchester building department has gone above and beyond to help my family in our time of need.Their display of being professional and courteous is to be admired. I have great experiences EVERY time I deal with Jay and Jim!!! Keep up the great work guys.
