Used Amy’s Balloons for my recent baby shower. They were quick to respond to every inquiry and their pricing was fair. They made the whole process easy. The delivery man, Franklin, was very sweet. Will recommend to anyone looking for balloons for party.

Found AmysBalloons on Yelp and contacted them via txt, received primped response . Told them what I needed and over txt was given a price , which is very affordable ! Told them this was a delivery order for my daughter at the dorm and if possible to have it delivered early morning before she left for class. Of course it’s understandable that they will do absolutely everything to accommodate costumer , yet didn’t guaranteed early delivery but worked with me on setting up a different more convenient time and it worked out! The day of delivery, I received a txt that the order will be delivered before my daughter left for morning class!

Ordered a ballon garland and column from Amy’s Ballons and I was not disappointed. The ballons were deceivers on time and the delivery guy was extremely nice. He even added extra ballons to the venue to enhance the decor. Well worth the money.

Outstanding customer service and best prices!!! I originally placed an order for a balloon garland in February 2020 for my baby shower and it unfortunately got canceled due to Covid. I contacted the company and asked if it would be possible to put my deposit towards a different date and they said it was no problem to do that. I contacted them again a few months ago to let them know that I would like to have the balloon garland for my daughter‘s first birthday party this summer. Unfortunately The location of the party was out of their delivery range (in Suffolk county), but the company immediately refunded me my deposit. Even though I did not actually end up getting the balloon garland, I am super impressed with their customer service. You can communicate with the company via text message for immediate response and seamless communication. They provide you with fast quotes and answer all of your questions instantly. Also, they have extremely fair pricing. I got quotes from a few balloon companies in the metropolitan area and Amy’s Balloons, by far, had the best prices. I will definitely be using this company for my future events!
