With targeted in-office treatment and effective strengthening exercises, she helped me fully address problem areas. Bonus is that Kerri is a great listener and gives you treatments that work specifically for you, and she works in a beautiful space! Highly recommend!

She is a true healer and with her help I am stronger than I’ve been in years. Plus, she made sure I had the tools necessary to keep going on my own once I completed PT. (November 8, 2022, 8:47 am)I had a great experience working with Kerri. I had very limited mobility in my neck due to Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) surgery. Kerri was integral in my recovery. A joy to work with, she is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I had a difficult recovery, Kerri structured the exercises, stretches and tips to manage painful muscle spasms that specifically targeted my issues and it worked. She is an active listener and adjusted my treatment based on my feedback. She also clearly explained the purpose of the exercises and downstream impact which helped me to actively engage in the process instead of going through the motions. The at-home exercises were simple and effective and will be easy to maintain. Highly recommend!

(October 25, 2021, 6:47 pm)Kerri's approach is targeted, practical and really effective. I love to play tennis and was really upset when an injury sidelined me over the summer. Kerri worked with me to improve the mobility in my shoulder using strength building techniques and some exercises that mimic the movements in tennis. I am happy to say that I am now back on the court thanks to Kerri! I also love the office she works out of at HudCo. It's easy to park and a really beautiful environment for a little self care.
