I love ready refresh water! I always get my deliveries on time and the driver (Joseph Aponte) always follows my instructions with professionalism. I recently ordered 5 gallons of water and he brought it to the 3rd floor eventhough the elevator was broken. I was so very grateful! I strongly recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is excellent!!!!

I don’t normally post reviews but the service I receive from here is always top notch. Every time I get a delivery from here, my delivery driver follows my instructions. The few times I’ve been home for my delivery, the driver is friendly, courteous and has shown extra effort to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue to use ready refresh services and recommend them to family and friends.

My service has always been on time with a friendly drive who accurately delivers my water. When the pandemic hit I couldn't find any water but thanks to Ready Refresh I was able to keep my family water water jugs and case goods while many times the supermarkets and gas stations were out of stock price gouging. The app is simple and reliable. I would never break my back picking up cases again. The service is worth it and highly recommended.
