The best endodontic experience I've ever had. Dr. Chiao is extremely thorough, compassionate and respectful of her patients. She makes sure you understand and are comfortable with each step of your endodontic care. She's very talented and emotionally intelligent. If it's possible to enjoy a root canal, I can say I did, thanks to Dr. Chiao!

This was such an awesome experience. I did not have to wait and the service was great. Dr Chiao and her team are very professional and knowledgeable. The office is very modern and relaxing. There is also a beautiful garden outside the office. I have been going to the dentist for many years. Root canals are highly specialized and endodontists are expensive in general so I was glad to have the best team. It does not surprise me that patients from far around the region come to see her.

Dr. Helen Chiao is the best dentist I ever met. She is from the best dental school in the world. Her techniques are the best and updated. She explained my problems and issues very well. she let me feel comfortable and understand every steps she was doing on me. She also tells me the results and what she will do the next. I am well informed. When I texted her, she answered my questions immediately and clearly with suitable solutions. She gave me the completed report as soon as she finished the treatments. She also care about my future dental cares.

She is such a great endodontist. I refer patients to her and they really love her gentle and thorough care. I have come to appreciate the complexity of patients with tooth pain who need root canals. They are often in terrible pain and almost desperate for relief. Many things can cause pain in the mouth and face, but if it is related to the tooth and the patients needs a root canal, I have 100% confidence that Dr. Chiao will fix it.
Word of mouth is still the number one factor for finding a good dentist or doctor, so I try to avoid relying on insurance company websites when picking. Even online reviews have pros and cons. If you happen to see her for care in the spring, summer or fall, you will be amazed to see the beautiful garden outside of her office windows. From the time they greeted me till I left i felt very comfortable. Dr. Chiao was very informative about what was wrong, how to fix it and what to do after. Explained what she was doing during the procedure and made me feel comfortable. Also was absolutely zero pain!!
They also work with you on payment. I highly recommend her. She is the best at what she does And is the nicest person
