They ask good good questions, listen to your repliy, and tailor effective programs to help realize your goals - without the macho camacho. Within a couple of weeks they'll all (not just your own guy) know your name - and take an interest in your individual progress. Clients are welcome to drop in any time and use the equipment. Trainers work together seamlessly. Even if you're just stopping by if one of them who's free will come over with a smile and offer to help stretch you out. I can't recommend this place highly enough.”
