They were done in about an hour and gave me a bottle of spot remover. I had forgotten about a small carpeted room and he didn't charge me any more for my mistake. I'm pleased with the result. When i called Rug &Carpet Cleaning Service Hastings-on-Huston arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job of cleaning our carpets. We had some challenging high traffic areas that still looked dirty after previous companies' work! They left everything looking like new, and were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. This was the second time I used this company for carpet cleaning but the first time for grout cleaning in the kitchen and both bathrooms. All I can say is WOW!!!
