(August 29, 2021, 8:31 am)I highly recommend this place. It’s great for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. The teacher is amazing and we had a great practice. I have to recommend it to anyone who wants to invest in their mental and physical health

(August 20, 2021, 11:30 am)Shannon teaches an excellent class from her class objective, progressions and attention to placement detail. I can’t get away with anything! :). Also the music she chooses for each class is brilliant.
