“Maria Chiodi helped us through a long and drawn out refinancing ordeal. My wife and I are grateful for this stroke of luck to have had her on our side. A previous lender never filed a satisfaction of mortgage from a previous loan and Maria made numerous phone calls on our behalf and sat through long durations of being on hold. When the loan company failed to produce the documents on time (several months into the refinance process), Maria found a work around that allowed us to move forward with the refinance and avoid losing the interest rate. At the closing, she informed us that we need to continue to obtain the satisfaction of mortgage so it doesn't hold up future loans. Anyhow, months later now as my wife and I started thinking about how we'll go about the process, to our amazement, the document showed up in the mail. I e-mailed the news to Maria and come to find out, she had continued to contact the lender after the closing and we have her to thank for taking on the work for us.
