I'm a truck driver and I was there for a pickup, it was after 4 on a Monday, they close at 4:30. The guys that work there were very helpful, trying to get me loaded. Good experience.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the higher prices than other supply houses. However, they always have everything I need in stock.

The customer service is exceptional. I'll admit I can be a tad annoying when I don't know what I'm looking for; I actually called back 3x and sent my contractor to them with a sample. Mike was so patient and so kind even when I was only over the phone. He helped me find the exact Harvard Slate, Royal Crest Double 4 design that I needed. He even helped me locate it in stock at their Bronx location. I'll head to the Bronx tomorrow to get what I need. Hopefully the Bronx folks are as great as the Whiteplains folks and then I'll have another wonderful review to write.

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Wanda Soto over the phone regarding roofing material for my home, and I felt absolutely compelled to write this review. It is not often that you speak to someone and you can tell that the person genuinely is there to support the customer. She not only did her job but showed that she is passionate, takes prides in what she does and really care about helping the customer. She went above and beyond in customer care.
