I had an unusual herniated disc, and the chief of spine surgery at a major NY hospital recommended that I go to Darren Riccio at Achieve to try to fix it before attempting surgery. It worked. I was pain free in a matter of weeks, and returned to a full level of activity in a few months. My confidence is so high in Darren that at the end of my PT, I transferred over to training with him.
