“Five stars all around, the facility is organized, clean, and always well-maintained. The staff is very helpful and courteous, and the results of the spinal decompression have been great I began seeing Dr Donath and his staff about four weeks ago because I injured my neck, more specifically a large disk herniation between my C6 - C7 vertebrae I was experiencing severe radiating pain (burning, numbness) down my right arm. My neck mobility was also extremely limited, and I was unable to even sleep at night because the pain. I’m very happy to say that I have achieved almost full range of motion in my neck, I’m sleeping through the night pain-free and my arm pain And ridiculous symptoms are reduced significantly. I’m not 100% yet, but I making gradual improvement and getting healthy again. Dr Donath told me in our first meeting that I would not be getting surgery on my neck under his watch :-) And true to his word I don’t think I’ll be getting surgery on this anytime soon When you’re injured and in pain you sometimes feel like the worst option will offer the best outcome, thankfully Dr Donath was able to talk me off the ledge and also offer Genuine support and a very Empathetic ear If you’re considering going to see the folks at joint effort chiropractics I hope my story above help you get there quicker Thanks Flo”

“My first experience with St. Vincent’s Hospital was in 2009 when I did an internship in the DBT day program. I learned a great deal and saw a group of very professional and committed staff trying to help people with borderline personality disorder (not an easy task). People with a mental illness have to be open to recovery for any treatment to work. I volunteer once a month now and still see the same level of caring. I would definitely recommend”
