We used him a couple of years back for a mice problem and he was not only a very nice gentleman but he knew what he was doing and he was not a rip off. Before I called him, I had called terminix who tried badgering us into getting services we did not need nor want from them. We told thank you but no thank you to terminix and called Joe who had not intention of doing the same, told us what he would do (considering that we had small children) and told us what to expect and look for after he was gone. To this day, there are no signs of our old rodent tenants and I could not be any happier :-)”
