    This place is AWESOME!!!!! Mike and Mary Tedesco run a top Facility and all of the personal trainers are the best of the best. The kindness and professionalism I have been shown as a client for close to ten years has been just Fantastic. I will highly recommend Body Fit to all in the Northern Westchester Area. You will not be disappointed.
