If all doctors were as caring and smart as Tobi Klar the world would be a better place.
Dr Klar is the best
Dr Tobi Klar is an angel to me. I had severe face acne when I came to see her first. She immediately fixed me up. I ran out of medication subsequently and missed an appointment. Then she fixed me again. This happened twice more. The third time was 4 days before my wedding when she saved me and my wedding pictures with no appointment. If you're anywhere near her and have skin problems don't think twice, Just call.
