They kept us in the loop on the status of sourcing parts and provided short videos explaining what we needed to repair and why. We felt completely at ease leaving our car in their capable hands.

Unfortunately I got into an accident recently and needed auto body help. Mamaroneck Auto Body helped make this unpleasant process go as smoothly as possible. Mario went above and beyond to help me with all aspects of getting an insurance claim in. This was my first real accident so I would have been confused without all his helpful guidance (I also learned a lot for the future). Mario is super professional, nice, honest and knows his stuff. My car came out great and i'm so glad I brought it to Mamaroneck Auto Body. Highly recommend!

10/10 highly recommend! Mario and his team took very good care of my car. I appreciate that although they were super busy when I called in distress, they took my car in right away. They do impeccable work. My car looks brand new! I appreciate the fact that Mario kept me informed every step of the way. Dealing with car repair and maintenance shops can be intimidating for a woman as many of us are taken advantage of...with that said, I never felt scammed or anything with this shop. Mario truly shows his passion and love for his business and his customers. This is my second time coming here and just like the first time, i felt secure and confident that everything will be resolved. They're very busy people, with more and more cars showing up by the hour , but they always find time to take care of you. You can trust these guys as they are very honest, thorough and transparent about what you can expect. Take your car here for whatever you need, even if they can't do it on that site, they have an additional location in Larchmont. Thank you Mario and your team. The phrase "above and beyond" doesn't even do these guys justice. Forget the flawless work that they did to my car for a second (It was almost better than new) These guys are customer service kings. Mario especially but everyone I dealt with here really were so helpful and understanding through the super annoying process of dealing with insurance company nonsense. I can't ever imagine going anywhere else for this type of work again. Bring your car here and you'll be very happy that you did.
