(May 27, 2021, 2:08 pm)Mt. Kisco Cadillac turned a bad situation around for me. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 with a brand new battery from an Audi dealer-first mistake. The battery started consistently dying, and it needed to be jumped at least 10 times in the last 6 months. Finally the problem got so bad it was dying in 12 hours. We brought it to Mt. Kisco Cadillac, diagnostics were run and it was found that the battery was not only the wrong one for the car, it was defective. Mt. Kisco took care of it quickly and the service was wonderful. Thank you for the peace of mind!

He is a big part of the reason I will purchase another Cadillac when it comes time to replace my Escalade. Thank you for helping me and making the experience as positive as possible!!!
