Dr. John is great. Excellent ENT with a very approachable manner. I have visited him for a number of ailments (including surgery) and have always been impressed. Glad to have him in the Caremount group.
Just had an excellent experience with Dr. John Scott. I went in with 3 specific issues to address. He listened, directed his attention to the two problems that could be treated in the office, and discussed the problem that can't be solved (tinnitus) and why. He suggested a follow up appointment with an audiologist to compare findings. I didn't wait at all; he was efficient, gentle and personable--and he did not rush me.
