Always had a pleasant experience here. Dr.'s, PA's, Nurses, and staff are all friendly and caring!!

Dr. H was reassuring and treated me like an educated person. She is awesome - listens, validates, explains. Now the office staff, on the other hand, are negligent (or they are severely, severely understaffed). They are never available to take appointments, never pick up the phone or call back when the answering service leaves a message for me. They mess up appointment times in patient portal (a noon appointment was entered as 11:00 am). I know it’s difficult to get good office support staff, but it really does tarnish what was otherwise the best medical care I have had in a long time.

If there was one place that I recommend or would recommend anyone to go to that is high risk it would be here. I was pregnant back in June and went to garnet in middletown NY where the staff was too busy joking around to even call my cardiologist with my numbers. Causing me to go into the hospital, stress and unfortunately miscarry at 5months. Here at Westchester they have been doing everything in their power to keep an eye on me and baby. And so far everything has been going smoothly! I couldn't ask for better doctors ❤️
