(March 4, 2018, 1:43 pm)Mr. Nigro is simply the best in the business. I am also a lawyer - I specialize in traffic ticket defense. When a client called me having found out that his mom forged his birth certificate over 58 years ago and he has essentially been living under an assumed name, I did not know what to do! I was thinking a name change. But EVERYTHING was under his present false name - his social security number, driver's license, bank accounts, marriage certificate and divorce decree - EVERYTHING. What's more, he was approaching the age in which he could collect social security. I did not want to screw that up!
Enter Mr. Anthony Nigro to the rescue. His creativity and legal acumen lead to the simplest of solutions - don't do a name change to his real name. Rather, amend his birth certificate to the name he has been living under all these years. Simple, effective, and efficient. In about 3 months he had the job done.
