Always a pleasure to get my car serviced here, yes the wait is a little long but that is because many of the cars being serviced come from everywhere not just New Rochelle. I always leave my vehicle and they call me when my car is ready for pickup. They are always very respectful, I love their service.
I've taken my Honda Pilot here for service from the beginning. I must say I'm pretty happy with the service they provide. It can get a bit crowded and the wait can be long, but you have the option to leave your vehicle and they will call you when it's ready. No complains so far.
