  Really nice park on the outcropping of some stone structures overlooking the bay. Great little park to catch your breath.

  Chill park. Best during the off season. You can watch families fishing or fish for yourself. Great place to just walk through the park or sit and watch the ships go by. I don't believe you can go swimming here but you can enjoy a chill day at the park/beach.
  Today the Autumn leaves we're in full effect and the wind was blowing them off the trees.
  Very pretty.

  Its a cool place to catch your thoughts by the water. Sometimes it may be noisy, but all in all, a decent place to bring a date.

  Whenever I am in New Rochelle, I visit this park at least once a week for a morning walk. Lots of activities take place during summer. This is a nice park operated by the Park & Recreation Department of New Rochelle City. Though there is a small beach, I do not recommend it for bathing or swimming as there is city sewage plant on other side of the bay.

  Great spot to check out the fireworks on the fourth. Plenty of places to sit on the grass or stand without being overly crowded. Small little Beach area where the locals go to tan and take a quick dip. Also known as "Queen City of the sound" it has great views of the Long island sound.
