“This past Saturday was my first visit and it was a memorable one! The dealership has such a welcome and friendly environment that I did not want to leave even after I had purchased my first ever motorcycle. Dina was very helpful and took the time to help me find a bike that suited my long arms and legs, as well as my budget. Being that I am a new rider, she was very patient with me and reassured me that there was no such thing as a "stupid" question. Plus her, Angel and the parts department arranged for my bike to be delivered ASAP since I told them that i was not comfortable yet riding a motorcycle on the highway, and being that the dealership is in New Rochelle and I live in CT, I-95 was the only way because I don't know the back roads. She also navigated me to their apparel shop since i was in need of a motorcycle jacket, and that is where Lynn helped me find the most comfortable and protective jacket that was right in my budget! My final stop was with Stephanie in finance, who helped me finalize my dream of owning a Harley. She went over all the paper work, every dotted line that i had to sign, and made everything super easy. I felt like a part of the dealership family when I walked out of the finance office and into a "tradition" of honking bikes and bell rings, I was so excited!! I can't recommend this dealership enough!!! They got a customer for life!!! Also just this morning my bike was delivered, and the delivery man was super helpful and went over everything with me about my bike one more time, and gave me some tips and pointers as well!!
