  I found Dr. Sirota online and I had to find out if the hype was real with all the great reviews. So believe the hype! He’s a great doctor who is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful in all matters. He educates you on your body and makes you comfortable, when adjusting he explains what he’s going to do before he does it. He’s also easy to talk to and answers all questions. I had a bad car accident that left me very emotionally shaken. I never thought a chiropractor would ask me how I’m doing mentally and emotionally! After my response, he told me I could possibly have a mild concussion. He was the only one that picked that up. Not even my PCP, doctors at the emergency room, or therapist. I always knew I had flat feet and it’s a problem, but I never knew the severity of it, I’ve been to 3 podiatrist and none ever scanned my feet so I can see how severe I was compared to regular arched feet. Seeing the scan that Dr. Sirota did at his office made me realize I need to do more about it. Lastly and most importantly the pain on my lower back has lessened after each visit, I’m able to sleep on my back now and after each visit I sleep like a baby! I highly recommend everyone to Dr. Sirota.

  I had the pleasure of a first time session with Dr Jon Sirota on July 5, 2022, at his office in White Plains, NY. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. He saw me on time! Because he posts his forms online and encourages patients to download and complete them prior to the visit, I did. I did not have to waste any of the session filling out forms. I went for a specific reason and received so
  Much more. Great education about my condition; actionable next steps; time spent treating my specific problem and a great adjustment to my neck, back, shoulders and hips. More than worth the time and investment. Nearly 12 hours later I still feel great. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Dr Sirota to anyone in need of chiropractic treatment.

  It was the first time to experience chiropractic treatment and skeptical when I visited Dr. Sirota for the first time. But it was a wonderful experience and my 30 year stiffness of neck and shoulders became a lot light after 30 minutes of treatment. Also Dr. Sirota is a wonderful person to talk to. When I had a health issue, he listened, and gave me a helpful advice. I feel that he is my friend now and want to go back there every week to see him.

  Dr. Sirota is great! He has a thorough total body approach, and took tons of time to explain everything on my first visit. Most of all, he gave me hope, that I will get better! I’m already sleeping better (less pain) after one visit. I’ve already given out his number to 2 friends. If you need a chiropractor and are able to get to one of his offices, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Dr. Jon Sirota is fantastic! After 1 treatment my tense back was feeling great. If you have any back pain or stress in your muscles, you must get it examined by Dr. Sirota. He is funny, educational and most importantly he will make you feel like a new person. If you do any type of sports, if you sit long hours in your office or if you drive for long hours, you will definitely benefit from getting treated by Dr Sirota. He has offices in Stamford, CT and in North White Plains. Very safe and conveniently located.
