The technicians who came to take measures and/or install were all great, but a special shout-out to Andrei, Naz and Angelo who went above and beyond.

I couldn't be happier with the shade store! From the online consultation, measurement and immediate samples being sent to the ease of decisioning and matching to my aesthetic. Then the actual installation was painless.. the technician arrived only to find that my windows were so large and difficult to mount... but not a problem! The technical called for backup and within 20 minutes another technican arrived to install everything... within 15 minutes I had fully installed blinds ... it was amazing... they packed up every box, wrapping and old window furnishings and took away leaving me with the most gorgeous new blinds! thank you shade store!!
