(August 26, 2022, 10:42 am)I had a great experience at Allison Auto Center. My car had a number of issues that needed to be addressed. The team did a good job of diagnosing those issues and providing estimates for all the repairs. They gave me the opportunity to approve or deny addressing specific items based on my preferences and were not pushy whatsoever. They actually ended up misdiagnosing one item and it needed a different, more expensive part than was previously discussed. They handled it very professionally and worked with me to reduce the (now higher) cost. I’ll be using this repair center for all future vehicle maintenance.

(August 1, 2022, 10:33 am)Went to check a noise issue have been shown pictures of the issue via text, replaced all 4 rotors and break pads. Good service, good communication via phone and easy text message. Provided 2 year warranty on brakes. No issues so far.
(July 6, 2022, 11:40 am)Vehicle failed inspection due to check engine light but also needed confirmation/options regarding repair/replacement of compromised engine cradle. Check engine diagnosed and provided with issue needing to be addressed in addition to confirmation regarding engine cradle. Currently waiting on parts to arrive. Happy to see that they are very much equipped and experienced with every aspect of vehicle repairs.
(May 6, 2022, 7:42 am)Great guys working here. They know what they are doing and you can clearly tell they are passionate about what they do. I brought my car in last minute after encountering a tire issue and they got me in right away. In another instance, I came in for a headlight replacement and they went above and beyond from there. They also changed my oil and added more air to my tires. Totally recommend these guys if you are in the ossining area.
