Had a very nice consultation with the doctor. He said that someone would get back to me to talk about fees and answer my questions… No one ever called. The call center is pretty awful and I agree the portal is terrible… Sorry

(May 11, 2021, 6:59 pm)I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly my appointment went. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. They took me in within 5 minutes.
The doctor Dr. Jessica Mangiaracina, PA-C was prompt, knowledgeable about my hair issues and took a test of my issues. In a couple weeks will learn the test results. I’m thankful their office’s are in Ossining & Briarcliff and lots of parking. -

THEN I met Dr. Jennifer! She was so super easy to talk to, she checked everything out perfectly, asked tons of questions, was super sweet about it. She DEF didn’t lose her social skills or her humanity becoming a doctor. AND she’s Gorgeous? I’m hooked as a Patient! Lol
