I had a great experience working with Annie. She was responsive to emails and did a fantastic job of using my inspo photos to create two large displays for my baby shower. Some reviews offer criticism of how the balloons held up in the sun or outside, but I didn't have an issue. If the balloons looked "dusty," I didn't notice and actually liked the matte look. For reference, it was it was over 90 degrees and very humid. Some balloons did pop in the direct sun, but it did not impact the overall design and that's not the company's problem. My only negative is that the 3 small balloons bouquets to put along our private road and driveway as both are very long and directions cab we confusing were forgotten. However, Annie was apologetic and issued a refund quickly and I honestly didn't even notice they were missing because the large displays were so amazing and the perfect backdrop for photos. I would definitely use The Westchester Balloon Company again.

Anne from Westchester Balloon Company installed the balloons around the moon for my baby shower. They were FANTASTIC! They turned out better than I could have even imagined! The Westchester balloon company. Annie was a delight to deal with from the beginning to the end. I told her what my son was into and she picked each design and color by herself! Was just perfect! She hand delivered them the night before the party and everyone loved them! We had a large number 6, Fortnite llama and another Fortnite style, a gamer controller, a fabulous ice cream cone plus ++
I’m quite picky and I loved this and dealing with her! Don’t second guess using them if you need or want balloons! They bring such fun and joy to a celebration! Thank you!
