We had a superb experience with Remodeling Consultants! They transformed our tiny, old bathroom into the gorgeous and spacious bathroom of our dreams. The genius being this transformation was Alan Lobien, whose ideal and brilliant design incorporated an adjacent dressing area. Alan was incredible to work with. Over many months, he provided his guidance and great expertise in numerous meetings and shopping trips with me and my husband. He was truly charming and delightful during this process and many times cheerfully went out of his way to be helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Alan Lobien. He is a huge asset to Remodeling Consultants.

The team that executed Alan’s excellent plan also did an A+ job. Louis, our foreman, was extremely hard working and reliable and made sure everything was done to perfection, the work he did, as well as the work of the sub-contractors. Paul Pawlak, our supervisor, was always extremely helpful and responsive, as well as being a pleasure to talk to. Gerry, one of the owners, even stopped by to see how everything was going. The demolition crew, Mario and Reid, and Garfield, who tirelessly worked with Louis, were all very hard working and a pleasure to have working in your house.

In sum, if you have a remodeling project, I highly recommend Remodeling Consultants to do the work! They will make your dream a reality!

From our very first meeting with our architect, Richard, we were impressed by his professionalism and ability to translate our ideas into a thoughtful, cohesive design. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and created a beautiful layout for our home addition that achieved perfect balance and blended seamlessly with the existing structure.

Lorenzo and the construction team delivered exceptional workmanship throughout the project. They were punctual, courteous, and consistently left our home clean and organized at the end of each day. We would also like to recognize Dave, the project supervisor, whose attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction were truly outstanding. He was always responsive, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project met our expectations.

The finished addition exceeded what we had envisioned—both in quality and aesthetic appeal. Our home now feels complete, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Back in 2017, Remodeling Consultant did a fabulous job remodeling our kitchen and adjacent dining room, which also included adding an additional 225 square feet of space. When we eventually sold that home, buyer feedback on the space was overwhelmingly positive. We were so impressed with their work and professionalism that we had no hesitation in hiring them again—didn’t even consider other contractors.

After closing on our new place, we brought them back to recreate our Chef’s kitchen. Once again, the results were outstanding. The design was spot on, the overall budget stayed right on target, and the craftsmanship was top-notch, with careful attention to detail throughout. As with any project, unexpected issues came up, but Remodeling Consultant handled and resolved them promptly, with no impact on the budget.

The crew, led by Louis, was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He kept the project on schedule and ensured that all work—including that done by subcontractors—met high-quality standards.

We absolutely love the feel of our new kitchen and living area. Even the building inspector commented on how beautiful the finished project turned out and noted how much value it added to our home.

We completed our addition which included expanding our kitchen, basement, and deck and loved how the everything turned out. Was great to go to "one shop" for design through permitting through construction, through close out. The design and finish of the addition also makes it feel like it was already part of the house and not an afterthought add-on. The day to day to was professional and produced a high quality of work. Any issues they let us know and came up with solutions. We have our next phase of our renovation on our mind and will absolutely be going back to Remodeling Consultants. I highly recommend them for any renovation or remodeling project.

This is our second time working with Remodeling Consultants, following our initial major renovation using them five years ago. We were so pleased with their work during our first renovation that we decided to hire them again for an even larger project, which included a home addition.
