“Dr. Rait delivered my second child back in May and she was amazing. I had no idea my regular doctor wouldnt be delivering me so I was a bit upset at first but she was so kind and understanding. She was extremely patient and calming after I had been in and out of an induced labor for almost 24 hours with my son whose heart heart kept dropping. I am so extremely grateful to her for delivering him safely and without a c-section. Shes amazing, would recommend her to everyone.”

“Nothing but good experiences at this club. I tried a number of different fitness clubs in the area before joining LAF. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. My experience is that members (young and old) are friendly and respectful of one another. Locker room always clean (including showers). Sauna always works properly and is clean. Wide variety of well maintained resistance training equipment and lots of equipment so usually no waiting around. Abundant free parking. Pool looks clean and well maintained but I haven’t used it. Hot tub works well and is clean. Easy access from I-95. Manager Orlando does a superb job running this facility and provides excellent customer service.”
