Charlie was amazing: he checked it out for him the same day (on the house) and told him that most of the problems on the list were "bull". It's so hard to get no-nonsense information about anything anymore, and I felt like I had stepped thirty years into the past when customer service really meant something. “phancy screen has installed a serviced our several clearvue screens. they do a superb job, and the service person we worked with--steve oleskovic--could not have been nicer or more helpful (with good ideas we hadn't considered), and made an effort to save us money with his suggestions. oleskovic is also an amazing craftsman, who was able to repair a clearvue that had been installed (badly) by someone else. we also love our rolling screens! so much better than the sliders we replaced (these are all door or double-door size); it makes such a difference in both looks and convenience.”
