Amy is great! Very calming, honest and helpful. After a few years away from reiki I was nervous to start again but we connected and it’s been so healing 🙏🏼

I have had pain and suffer from anxiety. After almost a year of chronic pain I decided to look for relief.
After each session with Amy I would go a day or two with no pain. The more I progressed the longer I am going with no pain!
I also feel lighter with getting through the things in life that cause me anxiety. I feel more detached from things that shouldn’t consume my mind and more present in the important and more meaningful aspects of my life.
I’m so grateful for Amy’s healing.

I just returned from a soul-renewing retreat led by Amy and Tesa and I already have the next one in the calendar.
