I had gone to Goodwill in Elmsford, NY to drop off a very large bag of suits, shoes and other women's items only to find that the facility had either closed or gone out of business. I was very perplexed as I googled and drove around to find a worthy drop-off location. Then I remembered a friend mentioning that she takes her clothes to donation boxes in the Hartsdale, NY neighborhood. So, on this very hot Sunday, I drove through the shopping areas and spotted your drop boxes. What got my attention was that your organization is "for profit" because I believe that my donation will be put to very good use. I googled the Helpsy website later and now have a list of all the items you accept. Thanks for the work you do and for making it easy to drop off my donations. Now I feel very comfortable putting together other hardly-worn items that I had hesitated to drop in a box, along with some other items on your list.

I could not be more pleased with my first Helpsy purchase. I was admittedly nervous about purchasing consignment clothes online - particularly from a company where at least two of the owners have made truly questionable facial hair choices- but it is clear that what they lack in personal grooming they have in spades when it comes to the quality of their product. The clothes I purchased arrived almost immediately and are flawless. The pictures truly do not do them justice. I am already looking forward to my next purchase. Can’t recommend this company highly enough!
