  I recently came to know of “Elevate Personal Training + MMA” and its owner, Marco Franciamore. From the moment I met Marco I was sure that I had found the right personal trainer to help me accomplish my fitness goals. His initial evaluation of my fitness level was thorough and professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge of physical fitness and overall mechanics of the body. He took the time to explain in simple terms the areas of weakness and laid out a clear fitness plan to address those areas. As we put his plan into action I began to see and feel immediate results. One of the most astounding results was in the first eight weeks of training my body fat dropped from 21% to 16.8%!
  I am now in my fourth month of training with Marco and am amazed with the results I continue to achieve. Marco makes each workout different, challenging, and honestly, fun. I really look forward to our sessions and enjoy his genuinely sincere and encouraging personality.
  
  I confidently would recommend Marco to anyone wanting a personal trainer with vast knowledge, experience and the ability to help achieve noticeable results.

  Marco at Elevate Personal Training + MMA gave me one of the most complete and thorough evaluations and assessments I've ever had. I now know my weakness and strengths and what we need to work on.
