Everybody is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and eager to share their knowledge with me. I've been so please with everything about the gym that I hope to work here in the future. From what I have seen so far at my time here, it is a great place not only to get and stay in shape, but also learn about the body and the way it works. This has been huge for me as I have learned so much in my brief time here and look to continue to apply what I have learned not only in the gym, but in daily activities. 5 stars.

The facility is beautiful with lots of natural light, plenty of cardio machines, and a good number of weight training machines. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and able to put a program together to help you reach your goals, be it losing weight or putting on muscle, or both. They can accommodate every level of fitness. An added bonus is that the staff has specialized training to work with people with injuries and/or disabilities. They have an expert dietitian and massage therapists on staff. They see every client as an individual and work tirelessly with you to tailor a program to meet your specific health needs, while supporting you each and every step of the way. This is the finest gym I have ever been in, bar none.

It has the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainers, an impeccably clean environment, and great strength training equipment.The owner, Charles, was so motivating with his advanced training techniques that prompted me to become a part of his team through my NASM internship. They don't use any gimmicks or unhealthy methods. They really get to know you and your body and they come up with a plan that is safe, effective and customized just for you.
I'm living proof of the gym's success, I lost 100 pounds in a little over 6 months but listening to my trainers and working hard.

They are top notch professionals who raise the standard in fitness, exercise science and sports specific training. Not only do they work with clients, but educate other professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their clients. I am very comfortable referring patients to Charles and his team as I know they are in good hands.
