Everything is taken care of in a timely fashion and always with a smile. There are many amenities offered in the building. I love the fact that you can walk to downtown White Plains in minutes, and enjoy the fabulous restaurants. The Farmer's Market is also close. Anyone looking for a long term or short rental I would say that the Avalon is "the place." I highly recommend it!”
