Bill is a nice person in addition to being very knowledgeable in cleaning and working with cars in particular my car. I got a detail which was GREAT! way better then what I got from the dealership (it had a nice smell and shinny). His price is reasonable fair and he's not out to take your money. I would highly recommend this hand wash business.
