We had a really great experience at this hotel. We arrived late at night and were still welcomed nicely. The doors were secured after 9PM but they were happy to let us in. I have very high expectations for cleanliness and I can say our suite was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly especially the front desk has provided wonderful service. The room is very clean and comfortable. Great location to the mall and the shuttle service is on time.

Recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-Mall Of America. A few days before our stay but after we had made the reservation we called and asked to see if we could get one of our favorite rooms we previously had on some other stays. Spoke to Tasha on the phone. She was very helpful and because our current reservation was not for the same type of room we previously had she assisted us in changing over to that type of room. She also was kind enough to put a request in the system requesting we be assigned that room if there were no other guests who wanted it. Upon our arrival Tasha was again very helpful, courteous and professional during our checking in process. She is definitely an employee Homewood Suites was very smart to hire. Thanks.

great spot to get whatever u need one of the best smoke and tobacco stuff . Their products are fairly priced the only thing u need is a big smile when u come through that door and I promise u will leave with a bigger smile.

Carries all types of cigars and smoking memorabilia. High end products available and also regular cigars. Good service to everyone who comes with a good attitude!!! Do not believe bad reviews.
