(November 5, 2018, 6:49 pm)Love this place. Love the whole REI concept and have for 25-30 years since I discovered them in CA. In case you don't know, it's like a cooperative. And they pay member dividends at the end of the year.
This particular store is first-rate. Super clean. Super organized. Staffed well enough. Rarely will you find items or sizes to be out of stock. They don't sell skis, which I kind of understand. But you can get cross country skis and gear.
Sadly it's in the ridge hill mall. So you get to pay to park - $4. And you deal with unreliable equipment and irritating cyber voices. I really loathe ridge hill. The only reason I ever go is because of REI and the theater upstairs.
(November 2, 2018, 8:23 pm)Amazing place, great employees, huge selection for all your outdoor needs. I highly recommend becoming a Co-Op member due to the many amazing savings, offers & events. 10/10 would recommend this place over any other competitor.
(October 22, 2018, 3:46 pm)The location has a nicely stocked huge store. Great location because the mall has plenty of parking. I have my items store delivered with easy fast pickup.The staff was nice, quick and made the process very easy.
