“Usually accompanied by my husband who helps calm me down and tells me what tech is saying because I can't wear my hearing aids. Although the office manager did not allow my husband in because of office policy, my tech, Garrett, was wonderful and accommodating. He made sure he spoke loudly enough so I could hear his comments about time and movement throughout the procedure. The machine was open bore so I could see the room when I tilted my head back. No MRI can be 5 stars in my opinion unless it is fully open, but this experience came close.”
